There is no theory exam and no commitment \u2014 just a relaxed briefing, a practice session in calm, shallow water and then a guided dive on the reef with your instructor beside you the whole time.<\/p>\n<h2>What you will learn<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>How to breathe calmly from a regulator<\/li>\n<li>Clearing water from your mask and equalising your ears<\/li>\n<li>Staying close to your instructor and simple hand signals<\/li>\n<li>Floating effortlessly with basic buoyancy control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How the course runs<\/h2>\n<p>The morning starts with a 30-minute briefing and a shallow-water skills session.
