Wound dressing, injections, catheter and stoma care, vitals monitoring and medication administration \u2014 all of it in the chair you already like sitting in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What a visit covers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wound assessment and dressing changes, including post-surgical sites<\/li><li>Prescribed injections and subcutaneous fluids<\/li><li>Catheter and stoma care, changes and troubleshooting<\/li><li>Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation and blood glucose<\/li><li>Medication administration and blister-pack checks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens afterwards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Written notes go out the same evening to whoever in the family needs to know \u2014 observations, medication given and anything that changed.
