A beautiful set is never worth an infection. These are the seven checks our own technicians make when they visit another salon.
The checklist
- Metal tools come out of a sealed pouch from an autoclave, opened in front of you.
- Files and buffers are new, or handed to you to keep afterwards.
- Foot spas are pipeless or drained and disinfected between every client.
- Technicians wash their hands or change gloves before they start.
- The workstation is wiped down between appointments.
- Licences are on display and in date.
- Nobody cuts your cuticles deeply or files the nail plate thin.
