How long does a gel manicure last?
Most clients get two to three weeks of chip-free wear. If a nail chips or lifts within seven days, come back and we fix it for free.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, Monday to Friday before 2pm when a technician is free. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a time, especially on evenings and Saturdays.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows may lose the deposit.
Is BIAB better than gel for weak nails?
BIAB is a thicker builder gel that adds strength, so it suits thin, peeling or bitten nails. Regular gel is lighter and better for colour changes. We'll recommend one at your consultation.
Can I bring my own design?
Please do. Add a note when you book or show us a photo on the day. Detailed art may need a longer slot, which we'll arrange with you.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our gels are vegan and HEMA-free, which lowers the risk of reactions. Tell us about any allergies and we'll patch-test first.
