Every year a handful of members decide they want to compete. Here is how we get them ready \u2014 safely.<\/p>\n

Earning the invite<\/h2>\n

Fight Team Practice is invite-only. Coaches look for consistent attendance, good control in sparring and a solid base in striking and grappling.<\/p>\n

The eight-week camp<\/h2>\n

Technical sparring twice a week, strength and conditioning with Coach Dana, a game plan built around your opponent and a nutrition plan for the weight cut.<\/p>\n

Fight week<\/h2>\n

Light technical work, rest and weight management. Your corner \u2014 one of our coaches<\/a> \u2014 handles everything else.<\/p>\n
