A little preparation makes the appointment calmer and far more useful.<\/p>\n<h2>Before the call<\/h2>\n<p>Pick a quiet, well-lit room and test the camera the day before, not five minutes ahead. Put the medication boxes on the table \u2014 doctors would rather read the box than a note. Write down the three questions that matter most; consultations run to time, and the first question is usually the one that gets answered properly.<\/p>\n<h2>During the call<\/h2>\n<p>Your coordinator joins the call, takes notes and makes sure nothing is missed.
