Delivery is a flat rate below the free-delivery threshold and free above it, tracked either way. You will get a dispatch email with the tracking number the moment it leaves the shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unopened vials and sealed bottles can come back to us within sixty days for a full refund, no explanation needed. Opened remedies cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back \u2014 but if something arrived wrong, damaged or not as described, tell us and we will put it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checking a batch code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every label carries a nine-character code.
