The courier calls first. If nobody answers we can leave the bouquet with a neighbour or concierge, or bring it back to the cold room and retry the next morning at no extra charge.
Yes — every order includes a photo-approval step. Your florist texts a picture of the finished bouquet before wrapping, and we will adjust it once, free, before it leaves.
Every bouquet ships with a care card. Follow it and your flowers should hold for a week — if they fade sooner, send us a photo and we remake the bouquet free of charge.
