We seal the work zone with zip walls and run negative-pressure extraction, and the site is swept at the end of every single day \u2014 not at the end of the week.<\/p>\n<p>Agree access hours in writing before work starts. Ours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and we do not run loud tools before 8am.<\/p>\n<p>Expect the schedule to run 10\u201315% longer than the same job in an empty house.
