Write it down. Every change you make from now on is measured against this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taste, then adjust<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sour and thin means the shot ran too fast, so grind finer. Bitter and dry means it ran too slow, so grind coarser.
